Roofed structures attached to the house. A roof changes almost everything about how the build has to be engineered — snow load, a tie-in to your existing roofline, and finish work that has to look like it was always there. Four specialties, from an open front structure to a glazed room you can use in winter.

Everything at grade. Surfaces, walls, walkways and steps — plus the base and drainage work underneath that decides whether any of it is still level in five years. Three specialties, and on sloped ground the wall usually comes first.

### Pool Decks

Decks and surrounds around water. Permanently wet for four months, walked on barefoot, and subject to barrier requirements an ordinary deck never touches. We build the deck, not the pool — the pool itself comes from a pool contractor and coordinating with one is routine.
