**Free Shipping** on all U.S. orders - Tax Free ## Frequently Asked Questions Everything you need to know about our tents, shipping, and returns. What types of tents does Hestia Outdoors sell?+ We sell four main categories of camping tents and shelters: lightweight backpacking tents, spacious car camping tents, ultralight shelters (including bivy sacks and tarp shelters), and 4-season tents designed for extreme weather conditions. Do you offer free shipping?+ Yes. We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3-7 business days. What is your return policy?+ You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all components included. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Do you charge sales tax?+ No. All orders are tax-free. The price you see is the price you pay. Do you ship internationally?+ Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. How do I choose the right tent size?+ For backpacking tents, a 2-person tent is ideal for solo hikers who want extra space, while a 3-person tent works well for two people with gear. For car camping, consider a tent rated for 1-2 more people than your actual group size for comfortable space. What is the difference between 3-season and 4-season tents?+ 3-season tents are designed for spring, summer, and fall conditions. They prioritize ventilation and weight. 4-season tents are built for winter and extreme weather, with stronger poles, less mesh, and better wind resistance. Are your tents waterproof?+ All our tents are made with water-resistant or waterproof materials. Look for the waterproof and weatherproof tags on each product for specific ratings. We recommend using a footprint or tarp underneath for additional protection in heavy rain. How do I care for my tent?+ Always dry your tent completely before storing it to prevent mold and mildew. Clean with mild soap and water - never use detergents or machine wash. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. See our maintenance guide for detailed care instructions. What if my tent arrives damaged?+ If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping. Still have questions? [Contact Us](https://hestiaoutdoors.com/pages/contact/)
