- $95 fee is for the service fee for traveling and full diagnostic of the appliance with a written service sheet
- After the diagnostic, the tech will give an estimate for repair
- The $95 service fee will be waived from the estimate if proceeded with the repair

So my 5 year old Samsung fridge started warming up in fresh food section. I was surprised that not every appliance repair company works on Samsung brand these days. But then I found these guys.
